I have known Mr Gerard Payne for a number of years, initially in my capacity as the Chief Executive Officer of the Brown Nurses, a position from which I have recently retired.

Mr Payne was an extremely generous benefactor of the Brown Nurses, a community based not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the support of homeless and marginalised people in the inner City of Sydney.

My association with Mr Payne continued when my husband and I purchased an apartment through Raine & Horne City Living Pyrmont.

We had inspected several apartments over a period of time and were continually impressed with the service and attention we received from Mr Payne himself and from other employees in his agency. It was clearly a very successful enterprise and held in high regard in the local community.

Mr Payne’s knowledge of the market, his foresight in predicting trends in interest rates, property prices and growth are most impressive, timely and accurate.

Above all, Mr Payne is most professional in his property transactions. He is highly ethical, hardworking, well-organised and knowledgeable in all the details of buying and selling and always most pleasant in his interactions with clients.

Whilst we were only purchasing a property, I am aware that the agency held an extensive and very successful rent roll.

I would not hesitate to engage Mr Payne again because of his extensive skills, consummate professionalism and wide-ranging knowledge of the property market.
