Lorelle Ursino
Lorelle has worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 28 years all but 20 months (taking time out to have twins) working in management, software development, training, bookkeeping & consulting to help grow and assist Real Estate Agents with their Trust accounting needs.
Starting work in 1976 with the now Westpac Bank enjoying not only the people side of the business but developed a passion for the new technology and innovations that was emerging in the banking sector.
In 1985 Lorelle worked with the then Newsagents Co Operative this is where she was first introduced to Training and Supporting software. At the Age of 25 was then entrusted to start up the Victoria arm of Ancol’s new business to sell, install, train & support newsagents to assist them in managing their deliveries.
In 1988 moved into the role of Business Services Manager for EAC Multilist primarily to build a support team & trainers for their Trust accounting software Rental Manager that was used in over 300 agencies throughout NSW. During this time was also charged with the task to start development of Eacom Plus.
Approx. 1994… Lorelle and 2 partners opened the doors of Real Software they had been given the rights to Eacom Plus thus enabling them to further improve, sell, train and support this product. This gave her the opportunity to improve her skills in all areas from negotiation to training delivery to understanding very complex accounting problems.
2001 to 2015 worked with Rockend Pty Ltd one of Australia’s leading software provider to the Real Estate Industry. Initially with the task to convert all Eacom Plus users over to Rest. Then as Training then Support Team Lead with their Rest software. For the last 6 years involved from the very beginning to now over 1000 strong client base cloud based trust accounting solution PropertyTree. Lorelle remains as an accredited Trainer for Rockend Pty Ltd.
November 2015- the beginning of Ursino t & m (trust & more) this is giving Lorelle the opportunity of being able to provide casual or ongoing Trust accounting bookkeeping services to the Real Estate Industry, many of these clients are using PropertyTree so being cloud based this has made it possible to support clients all over Australia. A service that Lorelle is currently being asked to do more is to provide a Health Check on client’s software… what they are using what they could be using more, what further training is needed.
